Mapecoat TNS Extreme merupakan dua komponen berbasis air yang cepat kering, resin epoxy acrylic dengan bahan pengisi terpilih yang diformulasikan secara khusus di Laboraturium Penelitian & Pengembangan MAPEI yang digunakan untuk membentuk lapisan tahan lama pada area lalu lintas mobil dan pejalan kaki serta jalur sepeda. Formulasi khusus Mapecoat TNS Extreme memungkinkan penerapannya pada substrat gabungan aspal dan semen serta paving block. Berkat pemilihan bahan terbaik dalam formulasi khususnya, Mapecoat TNS Extreme dapat digunakan sebagai pelapis pada lantai luar yang perlu memiliki Tingkat ketahanan selip yang tinggi, termasuk dalam kondisi basah, seperti jalan masuk, marka jalan umum, jalur sepeda, dll. Mapecoat TNS Extreme diuji oleh Weather-Ometer untuk mensimulasikan siklus fisik dan lingkungan yang parah dan mampu menahan paparan sinar matahari dalam jangka Panjang, khususnya sinar ultraviolet.
